not less but better is the solution that wasn't there when we needed it the most. We're a team of psychologists, developers and designers who want to contribute to a world where technology is aligned to all the things that are important to us. This is the human approach to a human problem, closing the intention-behavior-gap for tens of millions of phone users worldwide.
To make this reality, we're building a smart assistant app for healthy phone use. We do this by combining network technology, machine learning and cognitive behavioral therapy to help smartphone over-users feel in control again.
We believe that in ten years from now, healthy technology use is going to be one of the most important skills of our digitized society, enabling a meaningful increase in well-being and productivity. With nlbb, we want to be the backbone of this skill.
